Attorney, Mark Touby, is president-elect of the "Friends of 440," an organization named for the Florida law governing workers compensation. The group raises funds for educational scholarships for the children of injured workers. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Florida Workers Advocates, which protects the rights of injured workers through lobbying and legislative work. Mr. Touby speaks Spanish, as do his employees; the firm helps undocumented workers as well as citizens of the United States, obtain the benefits they are entitled to.
