Attorney, Mark Touby, is the president of the "Friends of 440," an organization named for the Florida statute governing workers compensation. The group works in tandem with the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, which provides funds for educational scholarships for the children of injured workers and others involved in the workers compensation system. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Florida Workers Advocates, a group dedicated to protecting the rights of injured workers through lobbying and legislative work.
